Today we made it to 25 weeks!! We are counting each day as a blessing. Fridays are extra exciting because they mean we’ve made it through another week! Austin and Miss Ellie are here on Fridays too! Tonight she dressed up in her Halloween costume and took candy to all of the nurses. All of the fetal heart monitoring has gone really well so now we are down to doing it once a day. We were a little uneasy about the doctor that has been seeing me this week. The doctor who did my procedure and the doctor who saw me through most of my first pregnancy both feel very strongly that I should be here until 28 weeks. The doctor that is doing rounds this week was ready to send me home the first day he saw me (Monday). Before my surgery, Austin and I felt very comfortable with doing whatever Dr. Weiner felt was best. Because he wants me here for three more weeks we feel it would be best to stay put until he gets back next week to discuss things with him. We are still praying about this and seeking His guidance. We are so grateful for everyone that has stopped by to visit, prayed with me and for us, and those that have sent encouraging words and gifts.
